What I'm up to...
I am so excited to join the Heights Yoga Studio to offer Yoga Sculpt Classes on Thursdays at at 4:00 pm on Thursdays! Yoga Sculpt fuses traditional yoga poses with fitness, adding strength training and cardio. There is sure to be some fun and laughs in these energetic classes!

I also offer traditional-style yoga classes for all levels, and absolutely love facilitating sound baths. Sound baths are deeply relaxing, welcoming you to get comfortable and unwind with the immersion of the sound and vibration of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, vocals, and other instruments.
